TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Submission of this booking form establishes a formal contract between the company and BREAK THE ICE FORUM (the “Organiser”) under the following terms and conditions. In submitting this form you confirm that you have the relevant authority, on behalf of the named company, to enter into this agreement.
  2. 100% of the fee is payable upon receipt of the invoice. Balance is due 15 days after receipt of the invoice.
  3. The delegate will not be able to attend the event unless the total fee has been paid in accordance with the stated terms.
  4. Above prices are exclusive of VAT where this is applicable.
  5. Discounts are valid until the Break the Ice MICE Forum (the “Forum”) takes place. Discounts will be acted and reimbursed after the event has taken place, they can be cumulative to a maximum of €500,00 discount per Forum per delegate. To the fullest extent permissible by law, the Organiser reserves the right to add, modify, interpret or discontinue these discounts without notice. The Organiser is not responsible for any technical failures/interruptions, internet accessibility problems, incomplete or inaccurate information, or other errors of any kind that may affect these discounts.
  6. Registration fee includes: participation at the Forum; schedule of appointments; a full page profile in the print event directory; exhibitor company profile in Forum App; programmed activities; meals unless otherwise stated.
  7. Travel insurance is strongly recommended and must be organised by delegates at their own expense as this is not covered by the Organiser.
  8. It is the delegate’s own responsibility to check visa and vaccination requirements and to organise these, where applicable, at their own expense.
  9. Should the Organiser cancel the Forum, the Organiser shall not be liable for any consequential loss or damages incurred due to such cancellation.
  10. CANCELLATION: Electronic submission of this form commits you to a liability of 100% of the fee payable. In case of Force Majeure your participation will be postponed to an alternative date. If the event is postponed due to COVID restrictions you will receive a voucher to participate to any other event within one year from the date of the postponed event.
